AVORA Studios — Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: December 8, 2025
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by AVORA (“the Studio”). By booking a service, you (“the Client”) agree to these Terms.
2. SERVICES: The Studio provides commercial photography services, including Brand Storytelling and Travel & Destination work, as outlined in project estimates or agreements.
3. BOOKING & PAYMENTS: To secure a project date, the Studio may require a retainer payment as stated in the project estimate. Remaining balances are due as specified before or upon final delivery. Payments are processed through Wix Payments unless otherwise arranged.
4. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING: Cancellations may result in forfeiture of the retainer depending on notice given. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If the Studio must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, any payments made will be refunded or transferred.
5. PROJECT SCOPE & CHANGES: Estimates are based on the information provided by the Client. Any changes, additions, or expanded needs may incur additional fees.
6. DELIVERY OF IMAGES: Final images are delivered digitally via WeTransfer, Google Drive, or a similar file-delivery service.
7. DELIVERY TIMELINE: Typical delivery timelines will be stated in the project estimate. Rush delivery may be available for an added fee.
8. COPYRIGHT & USAGE: The Studio retains full copyright to all created images. The Client receives a usage license as defined in the project agreement. Additional licensing or usage requests require written approval and may involve extra fees.
9. RAW FILES: RAW or unedited files are not provided.
10. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES: The Client is responsible for obtaining permissions for locations, products, or subjects.
11. LIABILITY: The Studio is not liable for issues outside its control (weather, restrictions, technical problems, or unexpected events). In the rare event of data loss, liability is limited to a refund of payments made for undelivered work.
12. MODEL RELEASE: The Client grants permission for the Studio to use images for portfolio, website, and promotional use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13. CONFIDENTIALITY: Privacy restrictions or embargo requests must be communicated in advance.
14. GOVERNING LAW: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
